How It Works
3 Simple Steps to Your Celebratory Escape
1. Envision
After you fill out a short trip inquiry form, we’ll connect on your complimentary Discovery Call. This allows me to learn all about your vacation vision and what you’ll be celebrating—so I can personalize every aspect to you. If we both decide we’re a good fit, I’ll send over my Design Fee invoice and start planning!
2. Build
I’ll begin researching your best vacation options, working with my vetted travel partners, and you’ll receive a custom proposal in 1-2 weeks. I’ll tweak it based on your feedback, and then book everything for you and your group. I’ll also work with you on how to handle payments from your group and ensure you meet deposit deadlines.
3. Escape
Before departure, we’ll meet one last time to go over your itinerary and get all your questions answered. As your group travels, you can reach out to me at any time if you need assistance—I always have your back! When you return home, I’ll check in to make sure your travel celebration was a spectacular success.

A: The Design Fee accounts for my time spent researching, planning, and managing a tailored itinerary for your group, as well as the time I spend getting to know your group’s unique vision to ensure every aspect of your vacation aligns with it. This fee also includes access to VIP perks, amenities, and upgrades you may not be able to secure if you booked on your own.
